For me to want speakers with nuclear retaliatory capability so that when my neighbors play loud ass Tejano music that I can blast them back to Mexico?

I have the song "Blood Bath" from the first Blade movie and I'm just dying to let it loose in all it's 10min 12sec baseline pounding glory.
